Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Coordinator. In this role, you will be working closely with the Director of Education and others as needed to help facilitate and coordinate multiple live and recorded training opportunities for our international agent community each week.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a passion for education and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Duties:

Event Coordination:

– Schedule and confirm training events, ensuring seamless execution.

– Coordinate meetings with Elite Agents, aligning with their schedules.

Calendar Management:

– Maintain Google and in-app calendars to keep all stakeholders informed and organized.

Content Management:

– Collect and compile assets for courses in development, ensuring content accuracy.

– Build out course pages in Real Academy for effective training delivery.

Graphic Design:

– Create visually appealing course title card graphics in Canva for promotional purposes.

Internal Promotion:

– Promote events internally on Workplace, maximizing participation and engagement.

Virtual Event Hosting:

– Host live training events on Zoom as needed, providing technical support and ensuring a smooth virtual experience.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

– Undertake other duties as may be required, contributing to the overall success of training and events.

Responsibilities:

Communication Skills:

– Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all interactions.

– Effectively communicate with internal teams, Elite Agents, and other stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency:

– Exhibit proficiency with social media platforms and Google Workspace apps.

– Familiarity with hosting Zoom meetings for various purposes.

Detail Orientation:

– Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of scheduling, coordination, and communication.

– Ensure accuracy in the compilation of assets for courses in development.

Organizational and Planning:

– Utilize organizational and planning skills to schedule and confirm training events.

– Manage Google and in-app calendars efficiently.

Time Management and Multitasking:

– Demonstrate excellent time management skills.

– Effectively multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Professionalism:

– Present oneself in an articulate and professional manner.

– Exemplify the company’s core values of working hard and being kind.

Dependability and Punctuality:

– Be dependable and punctual in all aspects of event coordination.

– Ensure timely execution of scheduled events and meetings.

Real Estate Experience:

– Leverage real estate experience as a plus, contributing to a deeper understanding of industry-specific needs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or backend roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using database management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Suite, Slack, and database data entry skills

Working Hours:

  • *9 AM – 6 PM EST (6:30 PM – 3:30AM/ 7:30PM – 4:30AM)
  • IN holidays shall be operational

*Shift timings will be reconfirmed, the hours may vary during the Daylight shift
