Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Plan, prepare and deliver classroom activities that support early childhood philosophies and enable an inquiry-based approach to learning.
- Maintain good relations with students.
- Evaluate student progress according to the school’s assessment policy.
- Collaborate with other class teachers, subject matter experts and other members of the school community.
- Active participation in school events, preparation of competitions and implementation of extracurricular programs.
- Implement various classroom management strategies and tools.
- Creating a supportive and creative learning environment.
- Lead by example and encourage students to use resources wisely.
- Ensure a hygienic classroom environment.
- Encourage the students to be independent and responsible for their learning.
- Give students constructive feedback.
Requirements –
- Bachelors & ECCEd. diploma from recognized university
- At least 2 years’ experience in an International School
- A sound understanding of the program requirements.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility for the academic and pastoral welfare of the students.
- Effective communication skills.
- Should be a life-long learner.
- A proven commitment to professional development including co-curricular activities.
