• Plan, prepare and deliver classroom activities that support early childhood philosophies and enable an inquiry-based approach to learning.
• Maintain good relations with students.
• Evaluate student progress according to the school’s assessment policy.
• Collaborate with other class teachers, subject matter experts and other members of the school community.
• Active participation in school events, preparation of competitions and implementation of extracurricular programs.
• Implement various classroom management strategies and tools.
• Creating a supportive and creative learning environment.
• Lead by example and encourage students to use resources wisely.
• Ensure a hygienic classroom environment.
• Encourage the students to be independent and responsible for their learning.
• Give students constructive feedback.

Requirements –

• Bachelors & ECCEd. diploma from recognized university
• At least 2 years’ experience in an International School
• A sound understanding of the program requirements.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility for the academic and pastoral welfare of the students.
• Effective communication skills.
• Should be a life-long learner.
• A proven commitment to professional development including co-curricular activities.
