Ratna Sagar P. Ltd. is looking for highly competent professionals for the role of Academic Excellence Manager who is passionate about education, technology, and teacher capacity building.

What we want from an AEM:

• Be energised and passionate about delivering excellent services at schools.
• Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure the execution of the program.
• Must possess strong product knowledge and must champion the product.
• Analyse student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve learning.
• Train sales teams on products and solutions at regular intervals.
• Responsible for the Entire Customer Lifecycle Journey – from Product Implementation, onboarding, and Adoption- Responsible for Providing initial, ongoing and refresher training to customers/ stakeholders (Teachers, Parents and Students).
• Hand-holding the users (particularly the administrator) and assisting them in effectively using the platform and acting as their go-to person for doubts about the product.
• Address/interact with parents and help them understand the product.
• Gathering customer data where required to support implementations.
• Acting as the bridge between the Product / Engineering team and the customers and reporting issues faced by the customer.
• Provide exemplary post-purchase client service and support and maintain strong customer relationships throughout

Ideal Experience to have:

• 3-5 years of overall experience, foundation, preparatory and middle-stage teaching/teacher training experience is preferable.

Must haves:

• A passion for Academics and Education
• Good Knowledge of NEP 2020
• Must keep themselves up to date with events around the academia
• Ability and flexibility to travel outstation for 10 days a month.
• Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, purpose, and people skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Out-of-the-box thinker
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment
