Ratna Sagar Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR professional to be a part of our Corporate Human Resource team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for following HR functions

Talent Hiring

Managing talent acquisition process, ensuring the closure of positions at their best within assigned TAT. Understanding the requirements of Stakeholders and proactively planning the hiring plans in conjunction with HOD and team.

Playing a major role in the selection process (conducting interviews and screening), rolling out offers, negotiating, and successfully hiring potential candidates to close the positions.

Conducting Induction and orientation of new hires and handling their pre-joining and joining formalities

Performance Management

Ensuring timely and proper execution of the appraisal process

Collating feedback and maintaining records, accounting for final ratings and calculations

Issuing appraisal letters and preparing CTC structures

Training & development, and policy amendments

Develops a training calendar, organizes webinars, and requisite training as per the requirements of the company collates feedback, and prepares analysis.

Inducing amendments in the company’s policies and processes whenever required.

Group Medi-claim and Term Life Insurance

Handling end-to-end Group mediclaim and GTLI annual renewal, preparing employee data and validating endorsements.

Dealing with brokers, ensuring competitive quotes to lead to timely closure of insurance policies and renewals

Handling claim and reimbursement-related queries and guiding employees with the policy whenever required

Employee Relations

Handling employees’ queries w.r.t attendance, Leave, etc

Explaining various policies, procedures, and benefits to the employees

Monitor and cease all types of misleading communication and rumors

Promoting a positive environment, motivating employees, and handling queries promptly and effectively

Employee Engagement and HRIS

Actively participating in employee engagement activities

Bringing and suggesting best engagement practices

Preparing various management reports and HR trackers as a part HRIS

Exit Management

Handling exit interviews, preparing analysis, and sharing feedback with HOD

Ensuring the implementation of framed policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Master’s degree or equivalent work experience of over 10+ years in Human Resources, Organizational Development

Experience range : 10 to 14 years

Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other ERP tools

Should have a basic idea of industry practices in terms of HR compliance, pay structures, policies, grades etc.

Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork

Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

Experience with HRIS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools

Ability to motivate employees

A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team player

Job location – Mukherjee Nagar (10 mins from GTB Nagar metro station yellow line)

5 days working.

Job Type – Permanent & on the company’s rolls

Selection process – The shortlisted candidate/s will be required to come to the office in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi for the assessment and interview.
