[9:45 AM, 11/29/2023] Kavi: Roles and Responsibilities:Administrative Management Student enrollment process Working with our legal team to make sure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Working with our finance team to ensure proper bookkeeping practices. Set up a timetable for regular classes, workshops, plays, internal and external examinations with the help of teachers. Any other work that may be related to administration.Scheduling and Coordination Examination process for Mock, Internal & Trinity exams. Planning workshops throughout the year. Executing the annual play. Coordinating with our social media marketing team.Communication with Parents Holding orientation and feedback sessions for parents to inform them about syllabus, progress and other discussions or grievances. Set up a timetable for classes will require communication with parents as each batch has children from different schools. Creating circulars and notices to communicate with parents. Setting up a WhatsApp broadcast system to communicate with parents.Academic Management Keep track of student attendance. (especially group class where absence affects productivity of class) Finalize syllabus with Head teacher and prepare copies of study materials for each batch to be used for the year.Key Requirements & Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to work with kids. Should be well versed in the English Language. Should be well versed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel for student database and study material. Problem solving and decision-making skills.
