Job Description

Key Responsibilities for all departments FE, IV, NIV, HTFJ, Coaching:

• VFS, High commission current activities and updation, simultaneously provide the updates to respective department Manager (IV NIV FE etc)
• Medical services for immigrants updation
• Finger print related updations
• Upcoming updates on products on the base of Govt sites
• To research product, we can sale from India
• To prepare product chart of existing product and prepare product chart for new products searched
• Work on coaching related services or How to find job services occasionally when required.

Key Responsibilities for FE

• To conduct research on the university / institute websites for details of the programs, fees, eligibility criteria, duration, intake details and enter into E-work book for all countries.
• To update Scholarship details for all countries.
• To send email to Colleges and Universities for latest update and other necessary details and need to do changes in e-workbook as per that.

• To send regular updates to all counselors and concern team as and when received from Colleges and Universities.
• Have to attend all universities trainings/ Skype / Webinars and personal visit meetings to note down the USPs, popular programs and specific requirements to enter in the E-workbook
• Have to add the new onboard universities data in the E-workbook. Also to check the emails received containing universities details must be an update on daily basis to be entered in to data base.
• To check regularly whether application is open for coming intake or not
• Other work assigned by Management or Manager.
