Designation: Training Coordinator

Job Location:- Pune (Lupin Research Park, Nande, Maharashtra, Pin Code: 412115)

Working days: 5 Days working culture (Monday to Friday) (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Mode of Interview:- Face to Face interview process (After CV shortlisted)

Salary Budget: 4.00 LPA CTC Yearly (PF Policy & Mediclaim policy)

Role & Responsibility :-

Program Coordination:

• Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the Senior Leadership Development Program.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and participant communication.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of program materials, including agendas, presentations, and training resources.
• Maintain accurate participant records and track program progress.

Communication and Liaison:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate guest speakers, mentors, and other program components.

Evaluation and Feedback:

• Collect and analyze feedback from program participants, create dashboards
