• Design and implement a comprehensive, activity-based robotics curriculum aligned with current K-12 STEM education standards.
• Create well-structured and detailed lesson plans that incorporate diverse instructional methodologies to deliver a stimulating and effective learning experience.
• Conduct pilot testing of lesson plans with students and teachers in different school and Rancho Labs centers.
• Utilize a variety of assessment tools to evaluate student learning outcomes and mastery of robotics concepts.
• Provide students with timely and comprehensive and constructive feedback on assignments and projects to promote growth and understanding.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of the robotics curriculum into the broader educational program.
• Gather feedback and continuously monitor the curriculum for optimal effectiveness.
• Teach coding and robotics concepts to K-12 students using Arduino and Microbit platforms
• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and educational materials to align with learning objectives and standards
• Instruct students in C++ and python programming fundamentals and applications related to robotics and embedded systems
• Provide hands-on coding exercises, projects, and challenges to enhance students’ programming skills and problem-solving abilities
• Conduct R&D activities to explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies in robotics education
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve educational content, hardware/software integration, and instructional approaches
• Create comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides for Arduino, Microbit, and C++ programming to support students, educators, and parents
• Develop digital and printed resources, including manuals, workbooks, and online content, to facilitate self-paced learning and practices
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and curriculum developers to coordinate program delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement
