Job Description
Duties:
Teach dance classes and individual lessons to students of all ages and abilities
Develop, plan and evaluate lessons according to the needs of the students
Help students practice and refine their technique and performance skills
Choreograph dances for performance opportunities
Assist with the organisation of workshops, performances and other special events
Keep updated on the latest dance trends and techniques
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of different dance styles
Ability to plan and deliver engaging classes
Ability to motivate and inspire students
An up-to-date DBS check
Skills:
Leading dance classes
Teaching different styles of dance
Choreographing routines
Creating a fun and positive learning environment
Providing feedback to students
