We are looking for educators (facilitators) who have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness about alternative learning methods such as Montessori, Waldorf
Skills or interest in multiple areas: Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Language, Hand-skills
Skills or interest in designing and creating lessons, learning materials
In addition, this role requires an awareness about the needs of the child, and an ability to reflect and re-align oneself and the learning environment with the child’s best interest in mind.
What will your responsibilities be?
Working with children – We have different roles for working with children of ages 3-6, 6-12, as well as adults.
Running day-to-day operations at our learning centre(s)
Facilitating workshops or exploration sessions with learners (children and adults)
Upkeep of the learning space and routine check of tools and materials.
Identifying the unmet needs of learners and recommending, implementing new initiatives to meet those needs
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
