Job Description:

Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)

Training Administration

• • System allocation to new joiners under Work at Home / Office
  • Liaising with HR, IT, Admin, Procurement to track employee IDs generation, system availability, system collection schedule and approvals.
  • Informing respective trainers and trainees about the system collection norms and schedule
  • Ability to deliver the expectation setting to all new hires and handle the batch for 2 days
  • Track system collection status from trainers
  • Maintain system collection tracker for report-out.
  • Gather feedback from trainees after each training module/session.
  • Responsible to raise process’s tools/application access for trainees of all the training batches.
  • Batch File Maintenance on SharePoint – ensure that batch files are uploaded on SharePoint of each batch and the file is updated basis the learning path.
• Training Reports
  • Monthly reports – Trainer Feedback Score
  • Weekly reports – Audit Chart Maintenance, Utilization Tracker Submission collation
• Technical Skills
  • Strong practical experience on MS Office Suite like: Excel, Word, MS Forms & SharePoint
  • Ability to use virtual communication platforms effectively like: Teams, Zoom, WebEx
