Admissions Counselor Job Responsibilities:
Recruiting students to enroll for our courses by giving appropriate information via phone, WhatsApp, e-mauls & other means. Lead a team of junior counsellors & work as a team. Will have to interact with potential learners within India as well as abroad.
Use & update details in ERP/CRM system, share feedback to marketing team & participate in policy formation & future plans. Participate in webinars scheduling & conduction.
Admissions Counselor Skills
Decision Making, Motivating Others, Persuasion, Listening, Good verbal communication in English , Hindi & Marathi. Team player.
Experience: 2 years+
Educational qualification:
Graduate or post graduate in any discipline.
Location: Market Yard, Pune
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹33,000.00 per month
