We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in optimising sales operations and driving efficiency within our organisation. You’ll be joining a small (read: 1 person), but mighty RevOps team. If you are a Salesforce-certified (Admin) professional with experience in Outreach and Excel, we want to hear from you!

• Utilize your Salesforce expertise to assist in administering and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop and implement sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Be the first line of support for the sales team by providing training, guidance, and assistance on CRM/Outreach usage, best practices, and sales enablement tools.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure seamless lead management and effective lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Leverage your proficiency in Outreach to optimize email cadences, triggers, campaigns, and sequences for our sales team.
• Conduct regular audits to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions.
• Assist with territory management (phase II!), quota setting, and sales forecasting to drive revenue growth and attainment.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to streamline sales-related processes, such as order management and contract administration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve sales operations.
