1. Identify, Compile, Analyze & Finalize Training needs
2. Develop content in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
3. Oversee the development of training material, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, etc.
4. Devise & implement various learning methods, including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, webinars, etc.
5. Identify potential internal Trainers
6. Design & execute Mass Training Programs, Programs for small groups & for Individuals
7. Measure Training Effectiveness & devise, implement processes to improve the same

CP

• Good communication Skills
• qualification related to Adult Learning preferred
• network of Trainers / Training Institutions related to Functional skills, Soft skills & Leadership Skills Training
