Job description

• Provide oversight and ongoing advice for Mathematics curriculum development and modification.
• Maintain and update user manuals and other documentation.
• Providing training and support for tutor and administrative staff
• Develop, improve, edit, and update the curriculum
• Work closely with the Teaching Department in India and Canada
• Provide assistance with the preparation of various secretarial duties and materials
• Create and maintain files and filing systems
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Director
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Curriculum Development or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in program and/or curriculum development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
• Strong research and analytical, problem-solving, persuasive/influencing, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Wage

• CAD$1000 per month
