- Responsible for making & sending Training Invoices.
- Folder compliance
- Contact to delegates regarding exams and queries.
- Accuracy Check of examination papers that also include plagiarism
- Coordinate with Merittrac ( Mr. Balpreet – Online exam platform person)
- Web portal Entries-Training Application
- Scanning
- Direct payment follow-up from students
- Exam reminder Email to students
- Exam segregation and maintain excel.
- Calling Tutors and reminding them of the documents to be sent back to BSCIC.
- Coordinate for IIF- Initial Information Form and CRF- Course Registration Forms min 5 days prior to the training with some advance payment.
- Responsible for Monitoring of tutors and updating trackers.
- Responsible for checking the Concession tracker.
- Responsible for Feedback analysis of delegate.
- Responsible for complaints management
- Need to inform all tutors to send result sheets on time.
