Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates to work as part of the Sustainability Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Help clients in understanding their sustainability priorities and help chart their way forward while aligning with the evolving regulatory and business environment
• Manage the review and development of sustainability/ESG projects and related reporting, such as materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, social impact assessment, ESG assessment of risks, climate related goals etc.
• Prepare and present client deliverables in a structured format as per the objectives of the engagement
• Manage client relationships, business development efforts and overall management of projects, ensuring quality while adhering to timelines and budgets
• Ability to contribute time and effort on proposal development, new solutions and best practices

Education requirements

• Bachelors /Masters degree in relevant fields like Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Clear understanding of the global and local ESG regulations and sustainability standards and frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and others
• Relevant experience in sustainability / ESG related roles
• Prior experience in driving client engagements and programs. Experience in managing client interactions independently
