Our team helps companies navigate the accounting and financial reporting challenges of business combinations. As part of the team, you’ll develop roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determine the appropriate professionals needed, and consider financial reporting implications for deals.

About The Role

Designation: Intern – Deals Strategy

Desired Experience

• Up to 2 years of management consulting experience with a research / consulting firm

Desired Educational Background – Undergraduate and/or a second degree (which is not an MBA)

Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai

Role Description

• Conduct primary and secondary research
• Support engagement teams with market sizing, competitive benchmarking, business plan assumption testing, deal risk /

upside analysis

• Communicate findings to internal engagement teams
• Support in proposal and business development

Candidate Requirements

• Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure
• Limited travel will be expected for fieldwork
• Ability to work well in teams (often cross-functional) with a diverse set of colleagues
• Ideally seeking to continue the pursuit of further education within 3 years of joining
