Job Title: Learning, Innovation & Technology

Years of Experience: 5-7 years of total work experience.

Job Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Qualification: Graduate and above(full time)

Shift Time– 2 PM-11 PM & flexible

Candidate must have:

• Working knowledge of Power Automate or similar business process and data automation tools.
• Experience with designing and maintaining Alteryx workflows.
• Working knowledge of SCORM/AICC/xAPI eLearning integrations
• Cornerstone On Demand or other Learning Management System experience is a plus.
• Proficiency and good tool knowledge and experience on Alteryx,Power BI
• Proficiency and experience in working with large volumes of data, identifying trends, and sharing insights.
• Communication skills to articulate and share data finding and insights through storytelling proficiency with the processes required to measure/track success against established KPIs.
• Good knowledge of data visualization tools
