Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ed-tech Industry, Bulk Hiring Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the exciting field of Ed-tech. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization, with a specific focus on bulk hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs, particularly for bulk hiring requirements.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
3. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
4. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and potential for success within the organization.
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and obtaining feedback from hiring managers.
7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
8. Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent from educational institutions.
9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on bulk hiring within the Ed-tech industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
4. Strong understanding of the Ed-tech industry, its talent landscape, and relevant job roles and functions.
5. Experience utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies to attract and engage top talent.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets and delivering high-quality candidates within tight timelines.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
