We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Mathematics Foundation Lecture Faculty, specializing in teaching students from grades 4 to 8. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality online lectures, conducting interactive sessions, and facilitating engaging learning experiences to help students build a strong foundation in mathematics.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive online lectures covering mathematics topics relevant to students in grades 4 to 8.
2. Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, worksheets, quizzes, and interactive activities, to supplement lectures and reinforce learning objectives.
3. Utilize various teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure student comprehension and retention.
4. Foster a positive and supportive online learning environment conducive to student success and academic growth.
5. Stay informed about current trends, developments, and best practices in mathematics education, and incorporate relevant innovations into teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
2. Previous teaching experience, preferably in an online or virtual setting, with a focus on mathematics instruction for students in grades 4 to 8.
3. Strong understanding of mathematics curriculum standards, learning objectives, and instructional strategies for elementary and middle school levels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
5. Proficiency in using educational technology tools, learning management systems (LMS), multimedia resources, and interactive platforms to deliver effective online instruction.
