Experience – 4-8 years of Experience required in the same role

( Edtech experience is preferred )

Location – Jaipur

Salary budget Upto 12lpa

Required Knowledge :

· Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

· Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

· Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

· English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

· Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.

Required Skills : Strategic Management, Task Analysis, Communication, Business Planning

Primary Responsibility :

1. Data maintain – record keeping
2. P and L Management
3. Maintain external relations and lesioning in the city
4. Facility Management
5. Internal and External Branding
6. Utilization of resources-Optimizing manpower
7. DPPs & Modules Planning and Distribution
8. Student retention, fee collection, and focus on improving student feedback
9. Drive Admission counselling and achieve targets for conversions and ensuring enrolment of toppers
10. Successful conduction of Scholarship Tests, Seminars and other campaigns
11. Drive marketing activities and generate leads
