What You’ll Do:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
-Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
-Identify new market opportunities, analyze competition, and make data-driven decisions to expand the institute’s presence in Gujarat.
-Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
2. Business Development
– Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders to generate partnerships and collaborations.
– Explore and establish new channels for student acquisition, such as tie-ups with schools, and educational consultants.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, student needs, and potential areas for diversification.
3. Operations Management
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the coaching institute, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including faculty, administration, and support staff.
– Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
– Implement quality control measures to maintain high academic standards and ensure student satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership and Management
– Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives.
– Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate training and development programs.
5. Financial Management:
– Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business performance metrics.
– Monitor financial health, track revenue, and manage expenses to ensure profitability.
– Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining the quality of educational services.
What You’ll Need:
-Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a leadership role, preferably in the education industry, with a focus on coaching for NEET/JEE and foundation classes.
– Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
– Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
– Sound knowledge of the education sector, coaching industry, and competitive landscape.
– Familiarity with regional dynamics and market trends in Gujarat.
