PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Take complete ownership of the geography allocated

● Identify and shortlist Schools that can be our potential clients

● Make physical visits and calls daily as per job requirement.

● Connect with the Schools’ Management and teachers to demonstrate our products

● Understand the competition’s offerings and establish a clear value proposition

● Identify sampling requirements and optimize sample distribution

● Create high-quality proposals according to the client needs and close sales

● Establish relationship with key stakeholders and get recommendations

● Coordinate with the Central Operations Team for smooth order processing

● Amass market knowledge to identify ethical and professional trade partners

● Work closely with the assigned Trade partners to get orders

● Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely supply of stock

● Keep a track of stock purchased by Trade partners. Coordinate for payment and returns

● Increase awareness about PW’s new releases and other engagement activities

● Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the base city regularly

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

● Any Graduate

● Minimum 3 years of experience in the Publication Industry

● Working relationship with key schools in the geography

● Good communication and negotiation skills

● Self-motivated with an ability to work with minimal supervision

● Deep understanding of the Sales Channel coupled with a Strong business acumen

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
