Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or Ed Tech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services, explaining how they can meet the needs of potential customers.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our Ed Tech solutions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospect information using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements.
