HR Operations & Shared Services Team at Pure

We engage with our 4,000+ employee population across 37 countries in a regional structure, and our Team Leads and HR Operations Specialists partner with our employees, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class support and perspective.
About This Role
The HR Consultant is a key member within our HR Operations & Shared Services team, combining the day-to-day operational prowess of HR Operations while balancing direct HR support to front-line people managers across multiple countries in close partnership with our HR Business Partners. This includes assisting managers with HR and Employee Relation (ER) specific topics that can span across performance management, compensation and benefits, policy and guideline building / translation, learning initiatives, and education on Pure HR tools and programs. This support is often done virtually across different time zones and spans multiple countries.
