Counselor responsibilities and duties

• The Visa and Immigration Counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
• Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• The Immigration Counselor works collaboratively with on and off-campus partners to find suitable colleges/ schools for students and provide them with the necessary support, resources, and information.
• Advice on the overseas options available, to enable the candidates & their families to make an educated choice & the right decision.
• Immigration advising for staff and faculty in supporting international students is essential. The Immigration Consultant must manage individual cases and ensure a consistent approach that balances confidentiality with the student’s welfare.
• Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
• Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided, to assist them by answering questions regarding visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up
• Provide professional consultation to high-net-worth clients.
• Perform sales pitches to interested prospects and close them on the spot.
• Meet the assigned targets.
• Must be able to fulfill other duties as they may arise

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
