Required qualification and experience:

As per AICTE / Government of Maharashtra / Savitribai Phule Pune University norms as amended from time to time.

1. Ph. D. degree and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant Branch.

2. At least two successful Ph.D. guided as supervisor and minimum 8 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals or equivalent work.

3. Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching / research/ industry, out of which at least 3 years shall be at the post equivalent to that of Professor.

Desirable Requirements:

1. Demonstrated passion for research and consultancy. Applicants with Research grants received /patents granted / consultancy works carried out/ setting up of CoI/ CoE/ Research Center will be given preference.

2. Experience in Accreditation (NAAC, NBA, ABETT) and Ranking (NIRF & Others).

3. Capable of preparing & executing an overall comprehensive development plan of the College with respect to Academic, Administrative, and Infrastructural growth, and achieve excellence in curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities.

4. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

5. Excellent networking abilities.

6. Demonstrate & Maintain Accountability and Ethical standards.

7. Age 50 to 55 Years.

8. Experience as a Principal/HoD/Dean.
