We are currently having a Job Opening at our organization for Assistant Process Manager – Admission Counsellor.

Job Description:

This position requires to ensure compliance and adherence to admission processes set at PIBM for admissions target achievement. It requires achieving business targets pertaining to lead processing, counselling, pre-sales, query resolution of prospects and closing of sales. The position exists for coordination with on field Marketing Team and ensuring achievement of business targets. One of the key responsibilities is that of propagating well acclaimed PIBM pedagogy to the target consumer. Brand Manager will be point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular Region. The professional will have to continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive programmes in the marketplace.

Key Result Areas/Key Deliverables

1) Calling prospects

2) Social media marketing. Digital connect with the students

3) PIBM’s product knowledge is dynamic. Acquiring product knowledge.

4) Coordination with the admission’s team for the leads what has been generated after the session.

5) Achievement of individual targets with respect to admissions

6) To focus on areas of improvement relating to conversion

7) Zero conflicts within the channel
