Proximity Learning, Inc Hiring for Director of Human Resources: K- Virtual School at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Proximity Learning, Inc

About The Job

Do you think it’s unjust for students to rely solely on a substitute lacking subject expertise or an Asynchronous program when a teaching position remains unfilled throughout the year? Do you consider Virtual Certified Teachers a valuable alternative to local in-class educators when unavailable? Have you ever integrated Virtual Certified Teachers from Proximity Learning or a comparable provider into your school system previously?

If so, we want you!

We are in search of a forward-thinking K-12 Director of HR who hasn’t accepted long-term substitutes, unqualified educators, or asynchronous programs in their schools. Instead, we seek someone who champions equitable access to education for all students. If you are a dedicated advocate for children, you’ve discovered your Peer, Proximity Learning!

At Proximity Learning, we firmly believe that every student, regardless of their geographic location or socioeconomic background, deserves access to a certified teacher. We are committed to advocating for K-12 school districts to recognize that they have alternatives. Through our innovative approach of streaming Virtual Live Teachers into classrooms, backed by data from numerous independent research studies, we demonstrate that this method can be as effective, if not superior, in providing quality education to students.
