Job Description
Company is at an important juncture of scaling up its operation, which requires scaling up of team from 35 to 75+ in 3-5 months

Company is building a strong HR team from scratch that will include the role of HR manager to lead the overall HR function of the company.
The HR Manager will play the role of leading the entire HR vertical with close focus on building a strong culture

The HRM will directly work with the senior management of the company as building a strong culture and HR process is No 1 priority for the organization right now

The overall goal for the company is to take our eNPS to 50+ & get certified as a great place to work by March, 2023.

Responsibilities :

a) To revamp the current HR processes and policies.
b) To work closely with the senior management on building the culture in the organisation

Conduct surveys using tools to track the eNPS and engage with team on understanding the need to consistently improve the culture.
c) To lead and manage the entire HR vertical from scratch that will comprise of 3-4 members.
d) To oversee the recruitment strategy and execution of the organisation.
Requirements & Skills :

a) A minimum of 7 years+ experience working in HR vertical of a start-up / product company.
b) Experience of managing the HR vertical functions recruitment, culture, PMS, processes.
c) Strong communication skills
d) Entrepreneurial skills to lead and manage a vertical
