• Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information.
• Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next.
• Coordinating with other members of the organizations to develop and deliver training programs.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or Equivalent
• Proven talent acquisition and HR ops experience
• Strong communication skills
• HR best practices knowledge
• HR Professional with minimum 5 years of experience and willing to take up responsibilities.
