Key Responsibilities:
Educational Leadership:
•Develop and articulate a clear educational vision for the school.

•Implement innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes.

Administration and Operations:
•Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff recruitment, budgeting, and facility management.
•Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and guidelines.
•Collaborate with the school board and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies that support the school’s mission.

Curriculum Development:
•Supervise curriculum planning and development in alignment with CBSE standards.
