We are looking for a technical writer who will work with our design and production team to research, review and draft training curriculum documents. The individual should have strong communication skills and some prior writing experience (even non-technical) would be preferred.

Job roles:

  • Research and collate information from a variety of sources, including reference documents, technical trade publications, web-search, informational interviews with domain experts
  • Understand application and task specifications to develop curriculum documents, scripts and other workflow documents that will feed into the production workflow
  • Support in drafting technical scope documents based on discussions with internal SMEs
  • Draft technical product manuals and user manuals in coordination with the design team
