
Projects Coordinator – 2 no’s (Ahmedabad)
Job Description/ Major Responsibilities/Key Skills: Implementing the operation of a safe system of work with support from the Health and Safety and Rope Access Manager/s. Within the organization.
The Role: Project Coordination in managing the projects/operations/training/day to day operations
Key Responsibilities: Coordinating to prepare the schedule and budget of the project/training, and reporting on the current state of the project/training to other Evolution Access personnel
Key measures & targets: Understand the Company policies and Company procedures and ensure that all training & operations is carried out in accordance with its requirements for improving QHSE.
Key relationships: Coordinating with employees/trainees to obtain their required certifications and personal document to carry out operations and trainings safely.
Group Company : Evolution Access Technologies
Person Specification: Good in Communication, Computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, etc). 1to3 years experience in back office to support projects in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical.
