Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Trainer role based in Pune City. The Product Trainer will deliver in-person training sessions and demonstrations of Senses Intelligent Interactive Panels to teachers, academic coordinators, and school administrators. Responsibilities include planning and conducting product training workshops, onboarding new clients, and supporting existing users with refresher sessions and best practices. The role involves creating or adapting training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides to suit different user groups. The Product Trainer will collect feedback from training sessions, analyze usage challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product usability and training effectiveness. The role also includes maintaining training records, providing post-training support, and occasionally assisting the sales team with product presentations during customer visits or events. Strong Product Training and Training & Development skills to design, deliver, and improve structured learning sessions.
Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to engage diverse audiences and explain concepts clearly.
Solid Analytical Skills to assess learner needs, interpret feedback, and refine training content and methods.
Experience in education technology, classroom teaching, or training educators is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Comfort with interactive panels, basic networking, and classroom AV setups; ability to quickly learn new software features.
Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules, and willingness to travel locally for on-site trainings as needed.
