Roles and Responsibilities
Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center and product topics to prepare and support new employees.
Provide training to new employees and updated call center procedures to improve their skills.
Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying areas of improvement and give feedback accordingly.
Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication/presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Should possess good inter personal and communication skills.
Must be able to impart training effectively.
Excellent public speaking skills.
Audience engagement skills for ensuring two-way communications.
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
High level of motivation and initiative
Passion for learning and imparting product Content
