We are hiring Trainers (RCM) for our facility in Pune. The details are as under:
Job Description and Essentials:
Imparting and delivering Voice and Accent training for employees across US Operations.
Technical and Practical knowledge in all the concepts of End to End RCM
Individual contributor role where he or she will be responsible for content development, content management, planning training calendar, creating training plan, working very closely with the Call audit team in identifying V&A and Soft Skills Improvement for core operations.
Delivering training on US Culture, voice and accent, language speaking etc. will involve class room (online) training as well.
Provide call monitoring of Agents on the floor, at times though voice coaches.
Worked extensively on Voice and Accent and American Culture as per process needs
Proficient in phonetics /Neutral Accent/Pronunciation, speech mechanism, vowel sounds and syllable stress in English.
Demonstrated excellence in:
- Training freshers for ‘Voice and Accent’ covering all aspects, through Train the trainer program.
- Designing training modules.
- Capable of wearing multiple hats, balance multiple tasks at hand with high level flexibility and able to quickly adapt to management directions to address any ongoing and changing business needs.
- Assessing the progress of the trainees by conducting weekly assessments.
- Developing contents for the training program.
- Conducting and supervising grooming check of the trainees.
- Counseling the slow learners to work on the areas of improvement.
