Role and Responsibilities

• Carry assessments of skill levels, knowledge & training needs of different process groups of employees.
• Use results of the assessments to create skill development & learning programs.
• Designing and delivery of variety of training courses and / or other interventions for internal employees.
• Develop training programs like (but not limited to) Induction training, Process training, Refresher Training, Skill Development such as Communication, Grooming, Presentation, Time Management, Team building etc.
• Should have experience of conducting V&A and Process Training along with OJT.
• Must have the ability to research, write behavioral objectives, and write training materials.
• Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to use various learning / training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Requires analytical and creative problem solving skills, questioning and feedback skills and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work and interact at the entry-level and management level.
• An understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand true business needs is essential.
• Plan follow up and refresher training.
• Updating Training Dashboards & other reports on a regular basis.
• Should have the ability to provide effective Coaching and Feedback.
• Maintain communication with Manager and be a link between the trainees and the Manager.
• Creating assessments & dip checks based on the developed content.
• Calculating the level of effectiveness about the training program by the parameters which are given in the training feedback forms.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
• Should have atleast 1 year of experience in Training for International BPO/ITES processes
• Preferred applicants from B2B Lead Generation Industry
• Certification in Training would be an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Command over written and verbal English
• Good Presentation skills
• Working knowledge of MS office including not limiting to MS Power point, word and excel,
• Strong and committed interest in teaching and training.
• Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology.
• Candidate should be confident and should possess good personality
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
