Job Description

  • Any Graduate with minimum 2year experience in handling BPO Training (Process) Process for reputed BPO companies.
  • Knowledge on Banking would be an Added Advantage / Preferable.
  • The candidate must be fluent in English with (Hindi/Telugu / Kannada/Tamil).
  • The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process.
  • Modules and training methodology.
  • The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques
  • provide Training on Batch wise.
  • Fish Bone analysis.
  • The Candidate should be able to handle 20 – 30 Trainee batches.
  • The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance.
  • The candidate must be good in PPT and Excel.
  • Graduation is mandate.
