Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AR
• Should have 1.5 years experience as a trainer
• Should have worked in end-to-end AR team.
• Hospital Billing knowledge is a mandate.
• Should have Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Industry
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Willing to work in night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and share the training plan to stakeholders.
• Deliver client specific training modules to new hires.
• Ensure to meet Training TAT for CS training Program.
• Manage OJT and QCP phase for the CPs completing CS training.
• Interact with the clients and build credibility as an SME
• Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all training conducted.
• Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training.
• Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries
• Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training
• Recommend changes in the training plan & training method
• Manage knol updates and scheduling assessments
• Update SOP and PWI only weekly basis.
