We have an urgent opening for the role of Process Incharge/ Sr Process Incharge – Ahmedabad Location

Position: Process Incharge / Sr. Process Incharge – Learning & Development

Department: Learning & Development

Education: B. Pharma, M.Pharma / MBA

Experience: 3 – 9 years in Pharma Sales Training

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of Induction Training for new joiners like product training
  • Facilitating basic product training programs for employees completing 90 Days
  • Taking Care of Regional Training Interventions
  • Monthly publishing Training calendar for his respective division in consensus with Sales Head and executing the same
  • Conducting refresher product training as and when required
  • Responsible for Field Work in assigned territories along with First Line Managers
  • Responsible for e-Learning Programs for Field Force
  • Managing LMS portal for Domestic Sales
  • Responsible for maintaining training MIS & publishing reports as per the requirement

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have pursued bachelors and/or Masters in pharmacy
  • Proficient in taking pharma product training
  • Should have good understanding of Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing
  • Initial experience in Pharma Sales would be an added advantage
  • Should have experience in on the Job Field Coaching
  • Should have good presentation and communication skills
  • Should have taken product technical sessions till Division head/Middle management level
