Job Description: –

Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.

 Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met.

 Create and implement lead engagement plans and strategy.

 Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

 Handling intake, scanning, verification, storing, and controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.

 Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.

 Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.

 Working and coordinating with the present Counsellors team to reach company targets.  Handling Potential and existing client/Students questions, inquiries, and complaints on phone, web, and in person. Skills and Qualifications: –

 Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

 Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

 2 – 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing in service industry

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

 Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

 The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

 The ability to work under pressure.

 Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

 Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and CRM
