Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead the school’s academic, administrative, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high educational standards, implementing SSRVM Trust’s vision and policies, ensuring student well-being, and creating a positive learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership & Excellence

• Lead and manage the overall academic functioning of the school.
• Implement curriculum, academic policies, and programs as per SSRVM Trust guidelines.
• Ensure delivery of quality education and continuous improvement in academic outcomes.
• Maintain high standards in teaching, learning processes, and board examination results.
• Prepare annual academic plans and monitor effective execution.
• Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and student development programs.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide academic guidance to teachers.

School Administration & Operations

• Act as the overall head of school administration and daily operations.
• Manage school planning, scheduling, teacher responsibilities, and administrative activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of school records, registers, reports, and documentation.
• Handle CBSE-related activities, compliance, and academic coordination.
• Oversee school discipline, safety, hygiene, and overall campus environment.

Student & Staff Management

• Ensure students’ safety, discipline, well-being, and overall development.
• Mentor and motivate students and staff to achieve excellence.
• Supervise teacher performance and conduct regular staff development programs.
• Organize teacher enrichment activities, workshops, and skill development sessions.
• Promote participation in academic, cultural, and co-curricular activities.

Admissions & Parent Relations

• Manage and drive the school admission process.
• Conduct admission interactions and support student enrollment growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, teachers, and management.
• Address parent and student concerns effectively.

Leadership & School Growth

• Align school operations with SSRVM Trust’s vision and mission.
• Ensure regular implementation of Art of Living activities for students and teachers.
• Develop strategies to improve student strength and school performance.
• Coordinate with management committees and report academic and administrative progress.

Financial & Resource Management

• Oversee school accounts, budgets, and administrative processes.
• Ensure proper verification and maintenance of financial records.
• Manage library resources and ensure effective utilization of learning materials.

Meetings & Coordination

• Conduct and participate in PTA meetings, staff meetings, department meetings, and committee meetings.
• Coordinate inter-school events, academic activities, and external collaborations.
• Attend Sahodaya meetings, HUB meetings, workshops, and training programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Principal / School Head in a reputed school.
• Strong experience in CBSE school administration and academic leadership.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teachers, students, parents, and administrative teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of curriculum planning, school operations, and quality education standards.
• Passionate about student development and institutional growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
