Academic Leadership: Develop and implement curriculum standards, establish class schedules, and evaluate teaching methods to meet learning objectives.
Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and non-teaching personnel, while organizing professional development workshops.
Student Welfare & Discipline: Enforce school policies, ensure student discipline, and handle behavioral issues or counseling needs
Operations & Budgeting: Manage the school’s financial budget, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
Community Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and board members
Essential Requirements
Education: Typically requires a Master’s degree in Physical Education with Ph.D. in Physical Education
Experience: Minimum 10 years of out of which 5 years in PG level Experience Extensive background in teaching and prior experience in an administrative or senior leadership role.
Licensing: Often requires a valid teaching license or state/regional administrative certification.
