Qualifications
- The candidate should be postgraduate in science with degree in education. BEd is a must.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in teaching field.
- To have hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
Skills
- The candidate should be able to oversee all operations in college.
- To be able to set performance goals both for students and teachers, and oversee the process so that those goals are attained.
- The ability to have excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- The ability to have compassion for students and maintain discipline in College
- The ability to manage multiple work assignments and deliver each one on time, every time.
Responsibilities
- To complete statutory compliances with various Govt. departments.
- Preparation of progress reports.
- Procurement of college equipment’s, supplies, stationary.
- Guidance and counseling of students.
- Coordinating with internal departments.
