Qualifications

• The candidate should be postgraduate in science with degree in education. BEd is a must.
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in teaching field.
• To have hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems

Skills

• The candidate should be able to oversee all operations in college.
• To be able to set performance goals both for students and teachers, and oversee the process so that those goals are attained.
• The ability to have excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• The ability to have compassion for students and maintain discipline in College
• The ability to manage multiple work assignments and deliver each one on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• To complete statutory compliances with various Govt. departments.
• Preparation of progress reports.
• Procurement of college equipment’s, supplies, stationary.
• Guidance and counseling of students.
• Coordinating with internal departments.
