VISA COUNSELLOR

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Advice clients over the overseas options available as make an educated choice & the right decision.

• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration policies and visa laws and to explain about college and embassy fee structure.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidates profile.
• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
• Providing counselling to students and parents for required courses and suggesting them courses.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
• Listening to clients’ concerns, empathising with them and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
• Understanding different needs of candidates and helping them in an appropriate way.
• Keeping confidential records
• Office timings 8:30- 5:30

SKILLS REQUIRED

• To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, UK, etc.
• Result-orientated and committed to work on desired scale.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
• An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
• Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
• Flexibility over working hours
• Counseling the clients regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquires from customers and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and strong personality.
• Effective and excellent communication skills.

Experienced and Specialised Trainers as well as Freshers are also welcomed for the interview(Both may apply for the job).

Salary: ₹140,000.00 – ₹420,000.00 per year
