You will be responsible for engaging Primary School students in high-quality English classes, teaching them to use the language effectively, and promoting literacy and critical thinking skills. Key areas you will be responsible for/job description: Co-create/develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and academic standards. Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to Primary School students. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement. Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students, parents and the Inventure leadership team. Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities. Participate in school events and Beyond Academics activities as needed. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress. Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices, including in English instruction/curriculum design. Competencies and job qualifications required: Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field B.Ed and/or Valid Teaching Certification preferred (CITDL, PGDE etc.) would be highly desirable. Experience: 3 – 4 years of full-time teaching experience in the relevant subject areas. Experience in teaching CIE/IB Curriculum will be an advantage.
