JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver impactful training programs to college students. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions to enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills topics, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of college students.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and interactive techniques to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with college faculty and administration to align training objectives with the curriculum.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role, preferably in a college or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in various soft skills areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with college students and create a supportive learning environment.
• Certification or training in soft skills development is preferred.

Experience:

• Soft Skill Training: 3 – 5 years (Preferred)
