Full Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
Relationship Executive acts as an initial point of contact for all admission enquiries and is responsible for converting the enquiries into admissions with a professional approach and pleasing disposition. He/ She is to be an essential member of the Administrative Team and contributes towards the smooth functioning of admission activities of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries for admissions, counsel prospective students / parents and participate in the end to end admissions process in an effective manner.
- Responsible to achieve the set admission targets, to convert maximum enquiries into registration and registrations into admissions.
- Follow the SOP on admission processes as communicated by the Corporate Office and ensure strict adherence to the SOP.
- Responsible for error free entries in Lead Square and generate the MIS reports in the prescribed format and frequency as directed by HOI/ Corporate Team.
- Maintain properly the records of Enquiry Forms, Admission Forms and Assessment Papers.
- Maintain error free Admission and fee collected data in the soft copy as per the SOP and reconcile the data with the unit cashier as per set timelines.
- Follow up the New Admission Parents for Admission, Annual and First Term Fee and responsible for timely collection of fee as per set timelines.
- Assist the Relationship Manager to increase lead generation through marketing initiatives.
- Implement the local marketing activities allotted to the school under the guidance of the Relationship Manager / Corporate Marketing Team.
- Participate in events, expos and seminars for lead generation on behalf of the school.
- Assist the HOI/Relationship Manager to increase the enrolment for value added
services at schools and sustain viability (Daycare, Summer Camp, Events).
- Responsible to collate the data related to classroom allocation, student –teacher ratio, classroom dimension and suggest Admission targets for the next Academic Year.
- Responsible to gather fee data of other competitive schools in the neighborhood.
- Responsible to handle the Front Office duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Front Office Executive.
- Act as one point of contact to share the data for the social media and website uploads with the corporate team/ Vendor.
- Cohesively work with the other team members in the RE Cell, Front Desk Executive, school staff and Corporate team.
- Any other responsibilities as and when directed by HOI.
Key Competencies of the Role:
- Adequate knowledge of marketing activities for generating leads for a school and counseling the Parents.
- Knowledge of academic and operational activities in a school / education Centre.
- Excellent Communication.

- Willing to accept and work towards targets.
- Mature & level headed in handling parent queries and grievances.
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduate, Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Counseling will be a plus.
- Minimum 4+ years in Marketing / Admissions Counseling of which at least 2+ years should be in School / Education domain.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
